Each Monday a weekly ebrief will be sent to our membership database announcing approved "Member Happenings." In this special eMonday - Member News, members may submit announcements about their company or organization: This can include events, surveys, new products and services, membership opportunities and other newsworthy items you feel would be of interest to our members. We now accept project board postings!

We accept the following:

• Member to Member Products and Services - If you wish to announce your product or service, it must include some ‘benefit” or discount to be considered for inclusion in eMonday – if you wish to offer a % off for members, or a complimentary session, then we will consider it a member benefit.
• If it is a BRAND NEW product or service, we may consider it under the New Launches, section.
• Notices of workshops, teleclasses, and other educational sessions which may be of interest to our members.
• New book announcements (written by our members)
• Launch announcements of new not-for-profit or non-profit organizations

Guidelines:

• Basic Members may submit one announcement every 3 months (up to 50 words with a link to more information or your website)
• Charter Members may submit one announcement a month (up to 100 words with a link to more information or your website)
• Elite and Global Lifetime Members may submit a message for each issue (up to 200 words with a link to more information or your website)
• Only members may submit messages for inclusion in eMonday.
• To be included in a particular eMonday issue, we must receive your announcement the week prior to publication (no later than Friday).
• Do not send news to include in future issues. If you do, we cannot guarantee your news will be included in the issue you intend it for.
• WECAI™ editorial department reserves the right to edit announcements and choose which announcements to post.
• All decisions will be final.
• Project Board guidelines are posted below.
• Your submission must be submitted in English.
• Submissions must be sent in plain text to Heidi@wecai.org.
• Please send your news in the Body of your message. Attachments will NOT be accepted.
• Subject line should say eMonday Announcement

Project Board:

Do you have a project you need help with? Does it require a specific expertise? If so, then the Project Board is the place to post your request.We are accepting submissions for your one-time or long-term project needs. This can include, but is not limited to web design, editorial services, price quotes, and virtual assistance needs.

Guidelines:

• Submissions must be in plain text and cannot exceed 50 words in length. You may include an email or website address where interested parties can go to for further information. Any submissions that do not meet these guidelines will not be considered.
• *There is currently no charge for this service. Submissions will be posted based upon space availability on a first-come, first included basis.
• This is not advertising space and therefore we do not accept submissions to the Project Board from companies and individuals looking for work. If you are interested in submitting this type of “ad” see "Advertsing" below.
• Please send your project board listing to Heidi@wecai.org, with “Project Board Listing,“ in the subject line.

Advertising in eMonday News:

• Charter Elite and Global Lifetime Members may include one FREE ad in the eMonday News Brief quarterly (space available).
• Ad size; up to 250 words maximum (with no graphics).
• Ad space is limited to 3 advertisements per issue.
• Send your plain text ad in the Body of the email with eMonday Advertisement in the subject line to Heidi@wecai.org.
• No attachments will be accepted.
• Ads may be purchased at a rate $17 per issue - based upon space availability.
• To place an ad order, send a message to Suzannah@wecai.org. If there is space in the issue you request, she will send you the link to the purchasing page.
