What should I do? What exactly is The Women’s Writing & Publishing Summit? It is a three-day Virtual Event; a series of webinars and teleconferences about writing and publishing books. Who should attend? If you are a novice writer, seasoned author, professional speaker or expert who needs to build a portfolio of materials to enhance your career, The Women’s Writing & Publishing Summit is for you. What can one expect to gain from attending this summit? In other words, what’s in it for me? The primary focus of the Summit is to help you to learn innovative and cost-effective ways to be successful in writing and selling more books. This includes how to use the internet to promote your books, work effectively with the media, identify potential niche markets far beyond the bookstores, and discuss other topics related to book writing, publishing and promotion. What should I bring to the Summit? Bring your questions, your ideas, and your enthusiasm, and your work-in-progress. Throughout the Summit there will be time to ask questions, and share some of your own experiences. What if I haven't written anything yet, and don't quite know where to start? Once you attend the Women’s Writing & publishing Summit you will have a better understanding of your next steps. Our sessions are designed for the novice and seasoned writer. Are there opportunities to network with other writers and publishers? Yes, our sessions are one hour long and there are 30-minute breaks in between, giving our guests and experts the chance to network informally and ask questions. In addition, there is a Virtual Reception taking place online on Friday evening from 6pm to 7:30 (Eastern Daylight time) for networking. At that time prizes will be given away and lots of great connections will be made. Is there a fee to attend? Yes, there is a nominal fee to addend The Women’s Writing & Publishing Summit, which includes the sessions, a workbook, a copy of Get it WRITE! – ebook for women. The cost for non-members & Basic Members is $57.00 (USD) which includes access to all twelve sessions, the materials as well as the audio programs after the summit is over.
