Refund and Returns Policy

At Women in Ecommerce®, our mission is to empower, educate, and connect women through high-value resources, programs, and events. To maintain transparency and ensure a smooth experience, we’ve outlined our refund and cancellation guidelines below:

🎥 Virtual Events

When registering for a fee-based virtual event, you may request a full refund no later than 24 hours prior to the event start time.

  • Refunds: Requests received at least 24 hours before the event will be honored in full.
  • Credits: If your request is received less than 24 hours before the scheduled start, we will offer a credit toward a future event of equal value.

🎟️ Live Events

For in-person events, our standard cancellation policy requires notice at least 72 hours prior to the event unless otherwise specified on the event page or invitation.

  • Refunds are issued for cancellations received within the approved window.
  • Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior may be eligible for a partial credit or transfer at our discretion.

Each event may have customized policies; please refer to individual event listings for specific terms.

📥 Digital Products

All purchases of digital products—including downloadable guides, courses, and templates—are non-refundable.

Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we are unable to process refunds. We encourage users to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with questions before purchasing.

🎁 Products

We may occasionally offer physical products (e.g., books, merchandise) through our online shop. If you are not satisfied with your purchase:

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in unused and original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days once the item is received.

To initiate a return, please contact support@wecai.org with your order number and reason for return.

💼 Memberships

Women in Ecommerce® memberships provide immediate access to exclusive content, downloadable resources, member-only events, and community features.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time, and your dues will be suspended.
  • Access to the site and member dashboard continues until your current membership period ends.
  • Once your membership lapses without renewal, access will be revoked, and you will no longer be able to use any member-exclusive tools or services.

Memberships are non-refundable, as members gain full access to digital content immediately upon joining.
