Annette Walter is a trusted advisor and savvy company strategist who has built her career managing business operations and development, marketing, and financial analysis for both private and public companies. 

Her dedication to providing excellence in everything she does started early in her career, when she was ranked in the top one percent in customer service nationally and as a top producer for SunTrust Mortgage. Prior to acquiring Timber, she was the Chief Operating Officer and co-founding partner of The Strata Group, a full-service residential real estate firm. From its inception in 2007, Annette steered the company growth from a staff of 35 to 300, expanded to 17 locations, and quickly reached the $20 million mark. Ultimately, the company sold merging pieces five years later to Prudential Home Realty, which was later, acquired by Berkshire Hathaway. 

Currently, as the President and Owner of Timber Industries, Annette is the visionary of the team and has overall responsibility for the direction of the company. She oversees the day-to-day operations of Timber Industries, including directing new business development, product refinement and improvement, customer relations, logistics and transportation, marketing and sales, and the accounting functions. The company services the manufacturing and goods industry by providing hardwood, softwood, plastic, and press wood pallets, skids and crates, as well as custom-designed products. Timber Industries continues to grow year over year under Annette’s leadership and her amazing team. As Walter was transitioning companies she uncovered her true passion of helping small to mid size business owners. In 2012, she founded iEvolve Consulting to help owners propel their companies to the next level by developing their professional expertise, strategy and internal structure. Walter currently coaches entrepreneurs nationally with revenues ranging up to $60 Million.
