    Sheila Finkelstein, Best-selling Author/Coach and recipient of WECAI’s Lifetime Achievement Golden Mouse Award (2013), is a multi-talented senior whose passions lead her to work in several different arenas, one at a time. Currently her focus is on working with seniors, helping them to understand the basics on how to connect with their beloved family members and friends and the world using smart phones and/or tablets (computers, too). 

    Using Zoom has been her #1 go-to App since she first discovered it 6 ½ years ago. Although personal and family use was her initial priority, she shortly expanded into using it in a variety of ways in business: one-on-one coaching, training, using video, as well Zoom’s screen share to create training videos. 

    The ability to mirror her iPhone and iPad on Zoom has been especially helpful in working with clients showing them how to use their devices and solve other problems.
