Women in Ecommerce™Florida Chapter is hosting our first annual Fundraiser and Awards Ceremony taking place on September 27, 2012 from 6:30 to 9:30pm to honor local women in South Florida with the GOLDEN MOUSE AWARD who are actively involved in their industries, the community and have maintained profitable businesses on the web for at least two years, while we raise funds for Tomorrow’s Rainbow. Tomorrow’s Rainbow (a 501c3 non profit), located in Broward County, is a special place for children to grieve who have experienced the death of a loved one.
The mission of Women in Ecommerce™ is “to empower women with the latest tools, resources & skills to create a thriving online business” through our bi-monthly meetings, virtual and in-person trainings, and our publications including WE Magazine for Women (www.WEMagazineforWomen.com). WE Magazine for Women is an award-winning online magazine that showcases women in their business and personal lives.
The evening will feature a night of celebrating and honoring women, fun-raising and fundraising. Our Special Guest Emcee is Cheryl Mizell , Radio Talk Show Host, Actress and South Florida Celebrity.
We expect between 125-150 people to attend our event.
The demographics of our guests are between 25 and 65 with an annual income of $50K to $150K primarily business professionals who own their own businesses or are decision makers in the company for which they work.
The event will take place at the Bahia Mar Resort in Fort Lauderdale. The evening will include entertainment, a silent auction, live auction and awards ceremony honoring ten women in South Florida who have worked for or maintained profitable businesses on the web for at least two years. Entertaining us this year is the Strolling Musician, Ed Horowitz !
Individual Ticket price: $85 when purchased by September 20th. After September 20th ticket prices will be $95 each. Tables of Ten are also available for $800 each including table signage if purchased by September 20th. To attend the event visit our REGISTRATION page.
The auction will take place in celebration of Women in Ecommerce™. We will also be honoring women in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties with the Golden Mouse Awards on a variety of topics including Direct Mail Marketing, Retail eCommerce, , Content Marketing, Survey Marketing, Email Marketing, Online Research, Video Marketing, Association Marketing and more! A part of the auction proceeds will be donated to our chosen non-profit.
