Award Recipient for Community Involvement/Mentoring
Ann McNeill, better known as “The Master Builder Building Stronger and Better Lives” is the President/CEO of the International Mastermind Association, an organization that helps people create work/life balance through goal setting. She is also the President/CEO of MCO Construction, which is the first African American female owned construction company in State of Florida. Ann is also the founder of ‘The National Association of Black Women in Construction’. Ann is a conference speaker and has been featured in many newspapers and magazines including Success Magazine and the Miami Herald. She was also the cover story for USA Today, Black Enterprise, and ABC World News and has been featured on Channel 10.
Additionally, Mrs. McNeill was honored in AT&Ts 2010 Miami-Dade County’s African American History Calendar for the month of September as an outstanding African American Achiever. Ann was also the US Department of Commerce’s Contractor of the Year Recipient and has a list of other outstanding achievements. Ann is also a co-host on 880 The Biz radio show called “The Business of Money”. And today she is here to speak to us on behalf of her passion as the owner of Constructively Speaking, Inc. where she speaks to help give women in the highest income producing areas clarity in their personal and business life.
Ann married her college sweetheart, Daniel McNeill, 35 years ago. She has two daughters, Danelle, the oldest is known as the “Queen of Toastmasters”, and Ionnie, the youngest daughter has branded herself as “The Baby Billionaire”. She has a grandson, Malachi, who has authored his first book “The ABC’s of Technology”.
