Her name, her voice and her personality are well-known in South Florida…Vickie Frazier-Williams, CEO of C4L, is a veteran journalist, public relations and charter school professional. Her ability to motivate people is at the heart of her popularity as a public speaker with audiences around the US and here at home.
Vickie knows that COMMUNICATING WELL is a key ingredient to a successful life. While she holds advanced degrees in Business and Journalism, she believes it’s her God-given talent for connecting with people that’s opened doors of opportunity for her!
Passionate about elevating the art of communication, especially in today’s youth, Vickie created COMMUNICATE4LIFE to help clients fine-tune their effectiveness in four key areas that impact and ensures success: Spiritual, Educational, Professional and Personal.
Little did Vickie know, starting at six years old, that the oratorical contests her parents signed her up for would prepare her for an exciting career as a television reporter, anchor and producer.
Vickie created the first TV News Franchise in South Florida to focus solely on education issues as the Education Beat Reporter for WPLG Channel 10 Eyewitness News covering Miami-Dade and Broward County Public Schools. She also produced local on-air news segments as the morning drive News Director for 99JAMZ in Miami.
In 2000, Frazier-Williams embarked on a personal and professional journey to create new educational opportunities for students and families across the United States through public charter schools. She helped develop and market over 70 charter schools that currently serve 40-thousand students in 13 states and Washington D.C. She oversaw the development and marketing of all Imagine Schools in Las Vegas, Nevada as regional vice president, creating her first K-8 school in collaboration with the 100 Black Men of Las Vegas. Under her leadership, the school made national news in 2007 when it hosted the Democratic Presidential Candidates Press Conference.
Mrs. Frazier-Williams is a 2012 MBA graduate of Florida International University. She holds a Master of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree from Florida A&M University.
