Nell Merlino is the founder of Take Our Daughters to Work Day. And now she’s the woman behind the movement, Make Mine a Million a non-for-profit organization working to help women go from small businesses to million dollar enterprises. Nell began the program after learning that of the 10 million women businesses, only 3% of them have reached the $1 million milestone. She’s changing that.
