Gail Birks, EMBA, LMBB, IATA is the newest Platinum Member of Women in Ecommerce.
Gail is the President of CMA Enterprise Incorporated, a Process and Performance Improvement Consulting firm (1990) and The Breakthru Institute, a Edu-tainment Company (2013). Since 1994, she has served as a Director on the Board of Gibraltar Private Bank, FSB which recently was acquired by Iberia Bank Corporation. She is a graduate of Tennessee State University where she obtained the first BBA degree in Economics and Finance and Florida International University where she obtained an Executive MBA (EMBA) in Business and Strategic Management. She has also completed post-graduate work in HR Administration and Industrial Psychology. A certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, she is also a formally trained Mediator.
Serving the South Florida Community for the past 35 years, Ms. Birks is active with… The National Association of Corporate Directors-Florida Chapter, Board Member, Women’s Executive Leadership, Advisory Board Member (past), Women Corporate Director, and The Casimiro Global Foundation, Board member and Secretary. She mentors up and coming Women in Leadership, young professionals and entrepreneurs. She is a mentor to “at promise” youth.
She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Kappa Sorority, Incorporated. And is a proud mother and Maja.
