Jianny Adamo, Psychotherapist & Founder – Fearless Love Relationship Coaching and Counseling
Jianny’s professional credentials include LMHC, LPC, and she is the founder of Fearless Love Relationship Coaching and Counseling. With a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Nyack College, NY, Jianny spent the last 14 years immersed in the study of human behavior, relationship dynamics, and spiritual theory. “As a licensed therapist, I work with my clients to help them see that intimate relationships, although conflicted at times, are nature’s path to healing, personal growth, and happiness.”
Jianny is a member of the Palm Beach County Mental Health Association and of Relationship Coaching Institute. Her blogs and articles are featured in various publications including YourTango.com, Bride and PsychCentral. Her goal is to educate, empower, and enlighten individuals and couples to heal their heart’s wounds, to live free from the pain and powerlessness of the past, and to create safe and intimate marriages and Fearless Love.
Jianny’s personal passage through grief encouraged her to write her first book Love Trauma: 7 Tango Lessons for Recovery From Relationships with Narcissists, Psychopaths and Other Toxic People. Through her healing, Jianny learned a psychopath’s mission is to deceive, dominate, damage and discard women. These loveless individuals are addicted to the thrill and to the power of deception.
Love Trauma (2018) brings alive the painstaking truths of what happens when love and the loveless collide. It shines a light on the perils of loving a dangerous person and outlines the Red Flags and winding journey of recovery to repair your self-esteem, sense of security and redesigned a life you can once again love.
In her free time, Jianny enjoys dancing Argentine Tango and will dance for a cause to support victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse as well as to support families, children and empower women. She hopes to one day develop a movie that delves into the psychology of the victim to bring awareness to the violence against women, which sadly, still goes on today.
Jianny is a firm believer that in the midst of our greatest pain and suffering, our biggest challenge can become our best opportunity for transformational healing and change. She brings a message of hope reminding us we are wired to love and be loved, fearlessly.
