Marlene M. Bryan is a life coach, mentor and motivational speaker whose goal is to help others identify, develop and live their life purpose. As a dynamic public speaker, Marlene engages her audience with her message of success. She speaks on Career Path, Mentoring, Coaching, Communication, Job Search, Social Networks, Teambuilding, and Leadership.
Born in Jamaica, Marlene Bryan has overcome many odds, including poverty, to achieve many goals. She attained a Masters of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of New York at Albany.
Marlene began her career in telecommunications and quickly rose to become one of the few black female Sales Engineer Managers and then Director of Marketing in an industry dominated by males. She is the Area 12 Governor active member of Toastmasters International and recently attained her certificates as an Advanced Leader Bronze and an Advanced Communicator Bronze.
Marlene volunteers through her church with Habitat for Humanities. She is the founder of Marlene M. Bryan, LLC and Higher Road Consulting Corp.
Marlene’s Hobbies include: Cooking, Baking, Reading, and Writing. Marlene loves to experiment with new recipes or to create her own when cooking and baking. She loves reading mysteries, biographies and historical books. Sometimes to relax, Marlene likes to write about a variety of topics.
