Most sites allow you to submit your information directly, others require you to register and a handful will list your ezine if you “trade” links with them (list their site on yours). In order to maximize this list, visit each one and find the ones that are right for you, that cater to your audience and start there. Once you have submitted to those directories, you can then go back and submit to your secondary choices.
Click on the links below, read the submission guidelines and then fill out the online application form. Each form will be a little different, however they generally ask the same basic questions, including the name of and URL of your ezine, a general description of the ezine contents, how often it is published, the publisher’s name, contact info and opt-in or subscription procedures. Some directories will also ask if you accept advertising, who your general audience is.
Tip: Create a “template” or cheat sheet with this information ahead of time so you can refer to it, cut and paste the info and expedite the submission procedures.
